Tuition one week late: Finance office calls the parents and informs them that the tuition needs to be paid in the next week or a meeting, BEFORE SCHOOL, with the principal, will be required for the student to continue.
Tuition two weeks late: A note will be sent home with the student informing the parents that a mandatory meeting with the principal is required for the student to continue at NCS. At this time the principal shall establish a payment plan to catch up the tuition within the next month or to catch it up by a DEFINITE date. If tuition is still behind by the date set at the meeting, the student will be sent home until tuition is paid. Any and all agreements between the principal and the parents is to be signed by both parties and a hard copy given to both the parents and Mrs. Pearce to be put on file.
Tuition one month late: No student will be allowed to attend NCS if tuition is delinquent by more than one month unless the board has reviewed the situation and approved a different course of action.
All tuition must be paid by the first week of May or the student will not be allowed to take his or her final exams and graduate unless the Board has reviewed the situation and approved a different course of action.
